This document shows time table representatives how to use R25 webviewer to make a room request.
Please check space availability before placing a request
All space requests must be made by an authorized scheduler from your/a department
Faculty MUST request space through an authorized scheduler
Space requests will be confirmed/denied within 3-4 week days
Requests must be submitted through this website with all fields of the request form completed
Changes or amendments to a space request will not be reviewed until after the confirmation/denial has been sent
Requests can be cancelled at any time prior to the receipt of a confirmation/denial
All requests will be confirmed or denied by the Central Space Office (CSO) within 3-4 week days
Requests will be confirmed or denied via e-mail from the CSO

Authorized individuals may request rooms by entering information about the event name, event date(s), times, and expected number of attendees.
The requester may include a particular room or group of rooms and add comments to guide the scheduler in making the room assignment.
The information should be verified and confirmed by the requestor on the next page inorder to complete the request.
